Dark under eye be gone!

Want a solution......

For years I have suffered from dark under eye circles, puffy eyes, and dry skin under that gentle area. I searched for a solution that was not only convenient and inexpensive but one that would hydrate my under eye area with no irritation.

My solution..was a very natural eye cream that consisted of evening primrose oil and topical vitamin E. But I could not just stop there. I need to work my way from the inside, my solution was vitamin K. Now there is also the puffiness. For days where my eyes appear to have two little footballs under that gentle area I use frozen cucumbers, and black tea bags and even two frozen spoons.

To begin, water is essential. the more you hydrate the better for your skin, the less dark under eyes you will have. Now to fully treat that under eye darkness, try taking vitamin K.  Vitamin K alone won't do the trick, instead Vitamin K works great with Vitamin E. So I would recommend a mixture of the two.

I find that Vitamin E topically works best for me.  Not only does it hydrate my under eye area but it also smooths out all the little fine lines where concelor would normally crease. I decided to make my own eye cream. Not only because prices for a good eye cream can over $200 dollars,  but also the less chemicals I can apply to my skin the better for me.

For my eye cream I use about 7-8 Evening primrose capsules and about 5-6 drops of Vitamin E into a small container. You can lightly dab this onto the under eye area and let your skin soak up the oil. This mixture will last me about a month or so and its what I use everyday after washing my face to hydrate the under eye area and I have noticed that there is less creasing with any under eye makeup that I apply on top. As well as every night before I go to sleep to maintain that hydration. I have been using this for the past five months I have not had any breakout. Any dryness and much less any irritation.

Now a quick remedy for puffiness under the eye is to always have some frozen cucumbers around. If thats too much of a hassle early in the morning try freezing two spoons, and apply them on the puffed area for about 10-15 minutes and continue getting ready. For me this helps give me the appearance of more woken up eye. Now if you want something that is a little bit more old school you'll need two black teabags. Soak them in hot water for about a minute gently dry them and place them onto the under eye. B careful you don't want tea in your eyes s try having a small towel near

you.

Think before you "shag"

Want a solution for .....

Thinning, hair lose and even bald spots certainly are not the kinds of worries that are happily welcomed. After having my own experience I searched for an answer that was boy inexpensive and non hazardous, until I finally found a solution. Castor Oil.

Two years ago, I walked into a salon asking for a few layers to frame the face, a slightly lighter hair color and maybe some side bangs. What I ended up with was a sunflower blonde 70's "shag" hairstyle with a big poof on the top of my head and thin layers at the bottom. I was horrified.

By the second week of this awful do, I noticed my hair starting to fall out more often and even bald spots at the sides, not to mention my hair had begun to take on a very a straw-like texture.

At this point I did not know what to do. I began to read into hydrating products, maybe even oils that would give health and shine to my hair again. But nothing seemed to work like Castor Oil. After bumping into a hair stylist that seemed to noticed the condition my hair was in apart from it always being in a bun. She gave me a little remedy for my hair. She told me to buy Castor Oil, in its purest cold pressed form. Mix that with a little coconut oil and apply it to unwashed, dirty hair and just let it sit for a good 12 hours.

I had doubts. But I had nothing to lose. So I went out to my local health food store and got just what she said. Cold-pressed Castor Oil. I placed it in a jar with 3 1/2 parts Castor and 2 table spoons of Olive Oil.

For me it was best when I applied it before I went to sleep and just kept it on over night. I would also cover it up with a plastic shower cap, since Castor Oil can be sticky. In the morning I rinsed out my hair, shampooed and conditioned like usual. After three weeks I noticed a huge difference. My hair was longer. It was thicker. And it began to have life again. The bright orange blonde that it used to be was slowly fading and being washed out by the oils. Either way I had found a remedy.

In addition to being a great hair restorer for your hair Castor oil is also great for your eyelashes.
Just apply it like you would mascara with a clean mascara wand and you will notice how your eyelashes grown longer and thicker within just a few weeks . Now if you have ever over plucked your eyebrows Castor oil will also help with regrowing them back sooner.
